Payment amount is below the minimum

If you see an error about your payment being below the minimum required:

What this means:

• Each liquidity provider sets a minimum order amount
• Your payment was less than this minimum
• The seller cannot partially release funds below their minimum threshold

How to resolve:

Open a support ticket with:

• The seller's payment username
• Proof of payment and the amount sent
• A description of the issue

We will contact the seller on your behalf to arrange either a refund or manual release.

To avoid this in the future:

• Check the minimum order amount shown on the quote before starting
• Look for sellers with lower minimums if you need smaller amounts
• The minimum is displayed before you confirm the order
