What if my payment amount is below the minimum?

The seller's minimum controls the amount you can request when starting an order. It does not block a verified partial settlement after the order has started.

What this means:

• The payment verifier determines the amount that was actually paid
• The protocol can release that verified amount even when it is below the seller's order minimum
• Any unused locked liquidity returns to the seller's deposit

How to resolve:

If the verified amount does not match what you paid, open a support ticket with:

• The seller's payment username
• Proof of payment and the amount sent
• A description of the issue

Support can investigate the payment proof and settlement result.

To avoid this in the future:

• Check the minimum order amount shown on the quote before starting
• Look for sellers with lower minimums if you need smaller amounts
• The minimum is displayed before you confirm the order
