How do I get a refund or get my money back?
IMPORTANT: Please contact ZKP2P Support BEFORE starting a refund process with your payment provider. We will help you get a refund.
ZKP2P is a permissionless, non-custodial platform that never has access to user funds. This means we cannot process refunds directly, but we can help coordinate with the seller on your behalf.
If verification failed but you already sent payment:

Contact ZKP2P Support first - Open a support ticket with:
- The seller's username/revtag
- Your transaction details and proof of payment
- A description of what went wrong

We will reach out to the seller - We know many of our liquidity providers and can contact them to arrange a refund.

Do not dispute with your payment provider yet - This can complicate the refund process. Let us help first.
To avoid this situation:
- Always send the exact amount requested
- Always send in the exact currency shown
- Double-check recipient details before sending
