Can I partially withdraw liquidity?
Yes. You can withdraw any unused portion of your deposit immediately. If part of your deposit is locked by an active order, those funds stay locked for up to 6 hours. After that, you can withdraw them too.
How can I withdraw my USDC deposit?
Go to the Sell page, open your active deposit, and click "Withdraw".
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals process immediately if there are no pending or expired orders. If an order is active, those funds stay locked for up to 6 hours while the buyer completes payment. After 6 hours, you can withdraw in full.
I've been contacted to manually release payment, what should I do?
Do not release just because someone messages you.
My deposit is paused and I cannot withdraw, what do I do?
A paused deposit is not accepting new orders and becomes withdrawable once all active orders resolve. Wait for pending orders to complete or expire, which can take up to 6 hours, then withdraw normally. If the deposit stays paused longer than expected, open a support ticket.
My order expired, how do I reclaim my funds?
If an order on your deposit expired (the buyer didn't complete within 6 hours), your USDC is not lost.
What happens to pending orders when I withdraw?
Funds tied to pending orders stay locked while the buyer completes payment. You can withdraw the rest of your available deposit.
