My order expired, how do I reclaim my funds?

If an order on your deposit expired (the buyer didn't complete within 6 hours), your USDC is not lost.

To reclaim your funds:

  1. Go to the Sell page
  2. Find your deposit and click to open details
  3. Click "Manage Funds"
  4. Choose either:
    • Close - Closes the deposit and returns all funds to your wallet
    • Withdraw - Withdraws available funds while keeping the deposit active

Important warnings:

  • Do NOT click "Release" unless you actually received the fiat payment
  • If you didn't receive any payment, releasing will send your USDC to the buyer for nothing
  • Only use Release when you have confirmed payment in your bank/payment account

If you only see a "Release" button:

  • The order may still be in the expiry window
  • Wait for the full 6 hours to pass
  • Then the Manage Funds option should appear

Note: Closing a deposit means you'll need to create a new one if you want to continue providing liquidity. Your funds will be returned to your connected wallet.
