How do I delete my account?
If you signed in with email, email team@peer.xyz to unlink your email from your wallet address. If you sign in again with the same email, your wallet will relink.
How do I request a new payment provider or currency?
Contact Support to submit a request for a new payment provider or currency.
Is Peer custodial or does it hold my money?
No. Peer is fully non-custodial, you always control your funds.
What are Groups?
Groups are on-chain lists of wallet addresses maintained by a named curator.
What are the fees on Peer?
Peer-built interfaces can charge a service fee. The current fee and any network, relay, protocol, rate-manager, referral, or hook components are shown in your quote before you start an order. Trust that quote instead of a fixed percentage in a help article. The retired taker-tier system does not discount fees.
What chains are supported?
Peer's escrow and settlement contracts run on Base. When a live bridge route is available, buyers can receive supported tokens on another chain from the same order flow.
What currencies are supported?
Across its current payment platforms, Peer supports AED, ARS, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, IDR, ILS, INR, JPY, KES, MXN, MYR, NOK, NZD, PHP, PLN, RON, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, UGX, USD, VND, and ZAR.
What is Peer?
Peer is a permissionless peer-to-peer marketplace for moving between fiat payment rails and onchain USDC.
What Payment Providers are supported?
Peer's current web buy flow supports Cash App (USD), Chime (USD), Monzo (GBP), PayPal (multi-currency), Revolut (multi-currency), Venmo (USD), Wise (multi-currency), and Zelle (USD).
Why do I need to install an extension?
PeerAuth is a headless browser companion that securely captures the payment details Peer needs to verify your order. It opens your payment provider, helps you select the correct transaction when needed, and sends encrypted verification material to Peer's secure verification service. It does not contain a wallet, hold funds, or expose your full payment history to Peer.
