Do cancellations hurt my reputation?
Only if you cancel after 15 minutes. Quick cancellations within 15 minutes don't count against you.
How do I delete my account?
If you have logged in with email, you can request to unlink your email from your wallet address by emailing team@peer.xyz and requesting deletion of your account. Please note if you sign in again with the same email, your wallet address will be relinked. Due to the non-custodial nature of the protocol, we cannot delete your wallet. If you connected an external wallet, you can unlink by following instructions in the external wallet.
How do I increase my tier?
Complete orders. Each completed order helps dilute your lock score and move you toward higher tiers.
I would like to request a new Payment Provider or Currency
Contact Support to submit a request for a new payment provider or currency.
Is Peer custodial or does it hold my money?
No. Peer is fully non-custodial, you always control your funds.

What are Taker Tiers?
Taker Tiers are Peer's reputation system. Your tier determines your maximum order size when onramping. Complete more orders to unlock higher limits.

Peer is based on Base, but users can bridge to any supported chain in their transaction.
What currencies are supported?
We currently support AED, ARS, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, IDR, ILS, JPY, KES, MXN, MYR, NZD, PLN, SAR, SGD, THB, TRY, USD, VND, ZAR. If yours is missing, please reach out!
What is lock score?
Lock score is your penalty score. Lower is better. Cancelling orders (after 15 minutes) increases it. Completing orders dilutes it over time.
What is Peer?
Peer is a permissionless peer-to-peer payment platform where you can send and receive crypto in exchange for fiat payments.
What Payment Providers are supported?
We currently support Cashapp, Chime, Mercado Pago (ARS), Monzo, PayPal, Revolut, Venmo, Wise, and Zelle. If yours is missing, please reach out!
Why do I need to install an extension?
The PeerAuth extension is necessary so that we can intercept the transaction api from your payment provider and generate the zero knowledge proof. All data not required for a successful on-chain transaction is blinded. As part of the extension logic we redact all data except the required fields which prevents any additional account details being leaked other than data related to a transaction.
