What are Groups?

Groups are on-chain lists of wallet addresses maintained by a named curator. Each curator publishes the membership criteria, such as completed Peer trading volume, and can add or remove members over time.

Open Groups in Peer to review available Groups, their criteria, member counts, refresh cadence, and curator address. Select My groups to check the connected wallet's current on-chain membership.

Liquidity providers can make a deposit Restricted and allow one or more Groups. Only current members of an allowed Group, or directly allowed wallet addresses, can start an order against that deposit. Public deposits remain available to all eligible buyers.

A Group is not the retired taker-tier system. Group membership does not apply a fee discount, and a curator can change membership after a liquidity provider adds the Group to a deposit.
