How do I opt out of ARM?

Setting a floor rate does not turn off Automated Rate Management (ARM). A floor is the minimum rate you accept: if the market-adjusted rate rises above it, your deposit uses the higher rate. An unavailable price feed still halts new orders for that currency pair.

Open Sell → Manage and inspect the deposit's pricing settings. Fixed pricing requires removing market-linked pricing for the currency pair and setting a positive fixed rate. If the app does not offer that change for your deposit, contact Support. Do not use the floor toggle as a substitute.

Review the resulting pricing before confirming a change. Existing orders retain the rate agreed when they started.
